Our Policy Overview

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items from our collection:

  • Rompers & Jumpsuits (Due to the intimate nature of the one-piece design and the complexity of reselling these items).

All other items, including our beautiful Fit & Flare dresses, Jeans, Midi & Maxi outfits, Shirts & Blouses, and Skirts are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the criteria above.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
  2. Wait for Approval & Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days to approve your request and provide you with the return shipping address and any further instructions. Please do not ship your return without receiving these instructions first.
  3. Ship the Item(s): Once approved, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Timing:

  • After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect the item and process your refund.
  • Once processed, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns, a $7.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is a different price than the original item, we will process a partial refund or charge the difference accordingly once the return is received.
