We are thrilled to serve our beautiful community globally, though we currently cannot deliver to a few remote locations and parts of Asia.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed (via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal), our team will carefully prepare your package. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to get your new favorites to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our policy is designed with your peace of mind at its heart. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • In its original, undamaged condition.
  • Have all original tags and labels attached.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following item category:

  • Rompers & Jumpsuits (Due to the intimate nature of the one-piece design).

All other items in our collection—including our beautiful Fit & Flare dresses, Jeans, Midi & Maxi outfits, Shirts & Blouses, and Skirts—are eligible if they meet the criteria above.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our dedicated customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
  2. Wait for Approval & Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days to approve your request and provide you with the return shipping address and any further instructions. Please do not ship your return without receiving these instructions first.
  3. Ship the Item(s): Once approved, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible) and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Timing

After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect the item and process your refund. Once processed, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns, a $7.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is a different price than the original item, we will process a partial refund or charge the difference accordingly once the return is received.
